THE RAINBOW ROOM FOUNDATION
I led the marketing team for The Rainbow Room Foundation, a non-profit in Bangkok supporting families of individuals with developmental and behavioural needs such as Down Syndrome, Autism, and ADHD. I managed all of the foundation’s social media platforms, raising awareness and encouraging acceptance of neurodivergent individuals.
One event that particularly resonated with me was the "Language of the Soul" exhibition. This event celebrates various forms of artwork by neurodiverse individuals, showcasing the different ways people can authentically express themselves through various artistic mediums such as poetry, photography, painting, and embroidery. Being surrounded by such raw and authentic individualistic expression has me reflect on the rarity of genuineness in our world today. With the rapid rise of AI, the ability of human expression has become effortless, yet it often lacks a certain level of authenticity and individuality. Just as factory-made, processed food pales in comparison to organic produce, the authenticity of human expression cannot be replicated. This belief emphasises the importance of effective language as an essential skill in our modern world. It remains essential in marketing and branding, where the right words and visuals can shape identities and create lasting impressions.
